A while ago, friends had given me a gift of China Blue Tangy Ginger Sauce from William Sonoma. I'm a ginger freak and loved this as a salad dressing. I haven't been able to find it for a while and it was only recently I thought to use the web (duh). Through the power of Google I not only found the sauce to order, but the recipe too. I made it tonight and it's delicious. If you want a ginger fix, it's easy it and tasty.
