Notes from Howard's Sabbatical from Working. The name comes from a 1998 lunch conversation. Someone asked if everything man knew was on the web. I answered "no" and off the top of my head said "Fidel Castro's favorite color". About every 6-12 months I've searched for this. It doesn't show up in the first 50 Google results (this blog is finally first for that search), AskJeeves says it's: red.

Obama's Experience
Andrew Sullivan in The Natural, "Perhaps the most telling critique of Obama, to my mind, is his lack of executive experience. I asked him directly last year why a voter should back someone who has never run anything bigger than a legislative office. He responded by..." It makes a good case.

Howard,
The text you include and your description didn't give me a clear up or down direction of the article. Can you make it a bit more clear how positive it was?
Of course I'm biased because Obama rocks:

Follow the link and read the article :)
I couldn't summarize it easily so I pointed at it.
How about adding:
"...He asked me to judge his executive skills by observing how he was managing a campaign."
You expect me to read articles? that's what blogs are for...

Yeah, having Howard around is like having Jon Stewart without the Jewish jokes or Bush impressions, or having to stay up late to find out what's going on in the world.
Okay, I read the article, did not take that long, and I still see the same lack of experience. A junior senator that won by chance, spent one(!) year in the Senate, did not accomplish anything except some dubious skirmish with Exelon, and now spends his second year running for president. I am particularly troubled by his uncanny ability to rouse crowds to a hysterical state with a bunch of platitudes. Would really appreciate some real facts on Obama's work, experience, also details of his platform etc. Cannot find anything on my own!
