Life Imitates Daily Show

MSNBC just interviewed one of the California republican delegates, introduced as a mother of three. She said she was leery of Palin until her speech tonight. After saying she was pro-choice she was asked about her differences with Palin on social issues. She said that she was more concerned with national security issues than social issues at this time. When asked about how she felt about Palin's lack of experience on national security issues her response was:

"She has character and she has a strong moral stance. She comes from a small town and she's a leader, she's a mom. she gets it. She's gonna...I feel like she spoke to me and she's gonna lead us."

Um, Bush had character, a strong moral stance and pretended to be from a small town. He was also a governor of a big state and a dad. And the worst president we've ever had.

Honestly, it sounded like Samantha Bee on the Daily Show the other day: "John McCain choose a woman who is almost completely unprepared for the job and who disagrees with me on every core value I believe in, but I will be voting McCain in November because he understands, women don't vote with the big head, they vote with the little hood"
