The New York Times wrote At McCain Campaign, More Rivalries Among Advisers and Daily Kos wonders what this fortells about his possible administration. "Ah, yes. Cronyism, lobbyists moving in and out of the campaign, turf wars, mixed messages on every conceivable issue and/or strategy, muddled policy, no clear-cut responsibility or oversight ... what's not to love about the third Bush term?"
I don't know any of the details about the internals of McCain's campaign. But I do remember reading an article that said the best predictor of an effective president is how well they run their campaign.
