Fascism Anyone?

I have no idea who Laurence W. Britt is but his article Fascism Anyone? is pretty scary. He lists 14 characteristics of Fascism and of course all are present in the US to some extent today. Fascism is difficult to define and I'm sure he constructed the list to prove the point, but if so, I'm surprised that a totalitarian regime with power concentrated in an executive isn't on the list.
