Verizon just called

Verizon wireless just called to tell me they appreciated my business for eight years and wondered of there was a reason for my change. I said I went with an iphone to better sync with my mac's address book and calendar and I did not like their policy on limiting the Bluetooth profiles on their phones. We talked for a bit and he seemed interested in the feedback. He also said I had 30 days to switch back and they incentives like two free months or free minutes or free phones. I don't think I'll be taking them up on it.

Did you mean you "did NOT like their policy on limiting Bluetooth profiles on their phones"?

If Verizon had the iPhone would you have stayed with them?

Thanks. Fixed.

Sooo happy for you that you got an iPhone (am getting caught up on posts after about 10 days off!) I guess this means you have coverage in your house?

Yes and it turns out it was Apple's fault not AT&T's since the lastest Apple firmware update fixed the problem.
