Democratic Cockroaches

According to the Discovery Channel Cockroaches Make Group Decisions and divide up their resources equally among the group. Seems the US political landscape could learn something from cockroaches.

The US political landscape probably won't learn too much from these cockroaches; polticians are often more parasitic than insectoid. I do find it interesting that these cockroaches are labelled "democratic". Their behavior in sharing the insect huts equally in the expirement seems like some sort of communist cockroaches, moreso than democratic cockroaches. Democratic cockroaches would exhibit more waffling and disorganization.
