Will the President Veto Legislation to Limit Interrogation Techniques

Georgetown University has a summary of the limit to interrogation techniques in the The Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 that was presented to the President. I think this is the same language that McCain voted against, that he didn't want the CIA limited to using the techniques of the Army Field Manual. The article is short, quotes the law, and is understandable. Make up your own mind.
