George Packer wrote in The New Yorker, Two Minds on Syria. It's a not bad back and forth argument over the options and rationals. Gotta say, I agree with all of it. The only thing they left out is if bombing Assad would prevent other leaders from using chemical weapons in other situations (and no, I don't know the answer). This would be easier if we could just send The Unit in to get or destroy all the chemical weapons.
