Aaron Greenspan: Why I Sued Google (and Won) is a pretty fun (and I assume true) story of someone who dealt with Google's maddeningly opaque (lack of) customer service. I've experienced this with Blogspot support but since I don't pay anything for it I have little to complain about. Since there was some money involved in Greenspan's story it's more fun. I'm still waiting for the terms of service of web companies to get rewritten to be sane (and I assume legal).
