Chris Weigant in The Huffington Post asks Should The Census Count Illegal Immigrants? "While at first glance, this seems like an easy question to answer, it really isn't. Historically, up until now, they have counted -- ever since the Fourteenth Amendment was passed." I found his article very interesting, balanced and analytical and I don't know which side I favor.
