Notes from Howard's Sabbatical from Working. The name comes from a 1998 lunch conversation. Someone asked if everything man knew was on the web. I answered "no" and off the top of my head said "Fidel Castro's favorite color". About every 6-12 months I've searched for this. It doesn't show up in the first 50 Google results (this blog is finally first for that search), AskJeeves says it's: red.

TSA Interview
Last week, Bruce Schneier posted an interview with TSA head Kip Hawley. Now the whole piece is up. Certainly some good questions, some answers though many dodges and not enough followups (it was conducted by email).

Not related to the post... :) Did you watch "Flight of the Conchords" on HBO? I love it and, once discovered, ended up watching all first 7 episodes in one day...
I haven't but I might try given the recommendation. I am loving Dexter on Showtime. They are rerunning the 1st season now (tonight will be the 4th episode) in prep for the 2nd in the fall.
Tried Flight of the Conchords today. It had some moments but got a little old. But it was good enough to try again.
I'm still liking Dexter a lot. I love the narration that changes the meaning of most scenes. The other characters are weak but Dexter carries it. I'm thinking his sister is perhaps as awkward as him but in an entirely different way. I think the bloodLESS aspect helps. :)
The other show I lot forward to each week is Rescue Me, though so far this season is a little weaker than others.

Dexter was ok for me, although I was a bit put off by lots of bloodless body parts... :)
