Robert Gates

In the vein of "be careful what you ask for", this interview gives us some possible insight into what Secretary of Defense Robert Gates will be like. He sounds ok and certainly qualified. The interview suggests that the rift between defense and intelligence (pun kinda intended) should be healed, though I suspect they're underestimating Cheney.
