well I feel like gagging every time I think of the 'tartare' hamburger thing a coworker had for lunch yesterday ... not it was not some fancy steak tartare or wonderful beef carpaccio, but rather it looked like a ground beef patty packed together with only the top part seared. Literally the bottom just looked like raw ground beef. I couldn't look at him while he ate. Gag reflex.
