Notes from Howard's Sabbatical from Working. The name comes from a 1998 lunch conversation. Someone asked if everything man knew was on the web. I answered "no" and off the top of my head said "Fidel Castro's favorite color". About every 6-12 months I've searched for this. It doesn't show up in the first 50 Google results (this blog is finally first for that search), AskJeeves says it's: red.

Coffee Loving Astronaut Invents Zero-G Coffee Cup
Astronaut Invents Zero-G Coffee Cup since sipping coffee through a straw sucks. It's shaped like a wing so surface tension forces the liquid to the pointy side and up to the rim.
1. Okay, pretty ingenious. 2. Thank god for that multi-billion dollar space program. 3. What, no Startbucks logo? Could be a new business venture! 4. What if you want to add cream or sugar? 5. No matter what container this coffee is served in, I cannot imagine that it doesn't suck.
Okay, I'm finally sick of seeing my profile name all whacked out with "&#39...etc" in it, so I finally figured out where to fix it. So consider this a test.
