February 12, 2008 is IHOP National Pancake Day. "From 7am to 10pm we'll give you one free short stack (three) of our famous buttermilk pancakes. All we ask is that you consider making a donation to support local children's hospitals though Children's Miracle Network, or other local charities." I haven't been to an IHOP in years.
