Notes from Howard's Sabbatical from Working. The name comes from a 1998 lunch conversation. Someone asked if everything man knew was on the web. I answered "no" and off the top of my head said "Fidel Castro's favorite color". About every 6-12 months I've searched for this. It doesn't show up in the first 50 Google results (this blog is finally first for that search), AskJeeves says it's: red.

Andrew Sullivan Picks Ron Paul
Andrew Sullivan's choices in the primaries is Barack Obama vs. Ron Paul. He picks Paul over McCain because of Iraq and he likes Paul's conservative stance, even though it's an anti-federalism libertarian stance instead of a conservative one.

Well, I suspect the problem for fiscal conservatives these days is that the GOP is not conservative at all, so your choices are between neocon crazies or libertarian crazies... In the grand scheme of things, I'd take a libertarian crazy over some kook any day.
