Eat Broccoli, Avoid Cancer

Scientists have found the mechanism by which some vegetables may provide cancer defense. These include broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage and beans. Eating them increases the levels of a protein that repairs DNA. Obviously too early to tell details, but pretty interesting stuff.

I have heard so many suggestions like this that I am not sure I believe anything anymore. Do not drink coffee, drink wine, drink bear but no more then 2 bottles per day, do not eat meat, eat more fish, eat grapefruit, avoid cheese... Eat more broccoli now?!... I wonder what my diet would be if I actually followed all the advice! :)
